The hotel rooms were of good standard with quality furnishings, but felt damp when the window was open due to temperature contrast. Located just above the café on the first floor, the rooms were taking time to be ready.

The hotel has room for improvement when it comes to modernizing its dated rooms to meet the high standards expected in Dubai. While the price was above average, the location offers a relaxing stay with an excellent sea view, though some humidity issues were noted in the rooms.

I had a great time at the hotel. The beach view from the rooms was amazing, and they were surprisingly quiet even though there were some pests around. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being very helpful like Mr Khaled and Ehab, but overall, there were significant delays in our food orders. The location is super convenient being close to the beach, but cleanliness could be better. The dining options were good overall, although a bit overpriced. The facilities were decent.

The hotel has a strong toilet/urine smell and the rooms are not clean, with the coffee machine and fridge not working. However, the cleanliness was satisfactory. The decor is very old-fashioned. The service was efficient in fixing an electricity fault quickly, but needs to be more respectful of guests' privacy. The location is great for relaxation and for events, with friendly staff. The dining experience was beyond expectations with a rich spread, especially catering well to children. Facilities were subpar with old and non-working items.
